We are a leading outpatient mental health and substance use disorder facility dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals in our community. Position Overview: The Executive Director will oversee the strategic, operational, and administrative functions of the facility. This leader will play a pivotal role in driving the organizations vision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, fostering a supportive team environment, and spearheading innovative solutions to expand and enhance services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall operations of the facility, including clinical, financial, and administrative departments. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve short and long-term organizational goals. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards. Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, staff, regulatory bodies, and the broader community. Oversee budget preparation, financial management, and sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with clinical leadership to uphold high standards of patient care and improve treatment outcomes. Provide direct oversight and support to clinical teams, ensuring evidence-based practices are followed and clinical protocols are maintained. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff. Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and service integration to broaden the facilitys reach and impact. Drive the use of technology and innovative practices in treatment and administrative processes. Champion a patient-centered approach, prioritizing the dignity, safety, and well-being of all individuals served.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Doctorate is preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role within behavioral health or substance use disorder settings. Proven track record of operational and strategic leadership with strong financial acumen. Experience with clinical management, including direct oversight of clinical teams and understanding of treatment protocols. Familiarity with outpatient treatment models, evidence-based practices, and regulatory standards. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Commitment to innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
