Volt is immediately hiring multiple Shipping and Receiving Clerks for a manufacturer in Garden Grove, CA.

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk you will:

  • Correctly interpret work orders and verify documentation
  • Lift up to 45lbs
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions and assist others as needed. 
  • Unload trucks – (Visual Inspection, Verification of received goods)
  • Prepare materials for inspections
  • Pull stock to prepare shipments
  • Palletize goods (banding, wrapping etc.)
  • Basic system transactions
  • Basic packaging tasks (weigh count, labeling, visual inspection etc.)
  • Creating basic shipping documentation (BOL, POD etc.)
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Hours are full time, 40 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday 7am – 3:30pm plus overtime as needed.  

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Minimum 6 months or more of related experience
  • Must have basic English communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
 Pay Rate: $18/hr
