YOUR ROLE
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of demand planners and product managers
Foster a culture of collaboration across departments to achieve shared goals
Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to communicate forecasts and product updates
Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning and product management processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Implement best practices and tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Develop and implement robust demand planning processes to enhance forecasting accuracy
Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer insights to predict future demand
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to align demand forecasts with business plan
Monitor and report on key demand metrics, making recommendations for improvements
Contribute to the development of a winning portfolio through annual activities of complexity reduction and COGS initiatives; supply risk mitigation, master data, capacity and investment needs
Oversee the commercialization process for product launches while improving time to market
Develop and maintain relationships with key supply chains to ensure capacity availability
Ensure alignment with the Marketing team on the strategic direction of the product portfolio

8-10 years of professional experience in Product Management or Demand Planning
Preferred additional experience in Sales, Supply Chain Management, and Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
High energy, motivated individual with a strong sense of personal accountability
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting tools and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
Experience with specific tools/software relevant to the industry, e.g., SAP, APO
The salary for this role is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range may also be modified in the future.
