Mission: The Facilities Manager is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all company owned vehicles, equipment, buildings, and facilities for the Support Center and Company Owned Stores to ensure the safety and experience of Team Members and Clients.

Scope: The Facilities Manager reports to the President of Company Stores and supervises the Maintenance Technician for Company Stores.

Works closely with Managers, Team Members, contractors, etc. to ensure that the Support Center and Stores are maintained in a safe, efficient, and professional looking manner.

Responsible for all campus building and Company Owned Stores repairs and upgrades.

Oversees the maintenance of facilities and grounds including, but not limited to extermination, security alarms, landscaping, HVAC, sprinkler systems, parking areas, walkways, parking signs, signs, and lighting.

Ensures Company Owned Store locations are always to full operating standards.

Develops preventative maintenance and inspection schedules.

Develops and manages and efficient help desk for work orders and maintenance requests.

Develops and manages system for tracking all licenses.

Provides hands-on training and instruction on how to properly operate and maintain equipment used in the Stores.

Develops and manages effective handyman program for Company Owned Store markets.

Maintains a positive, supportive and cooperative working environment with Team Members and contractors.

Manages the handyman service program and contracts.

Accomplishes goals and objectives assigned by the President of Company Stores or CEO.

Key Criteria/Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience managing company facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained.

Ability to maintain basic records and warranties.

Demonstrated ability to provide basic repairs and maintenance.

Ability to understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete and maintain records.

Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.

Proficiency with repair tools and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Great time management, organization, and prioritization abilities.

Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time.

Clean driving record.

50% travel to Company Owned Store markets.
