POSITION SUMMARY:
CFS seeks a full-time, experienced director passionate about ensuring quality support services to vulnerable youth and their families. The Program Director oversees and coordinates Secure Connections programs, services, supports, and activities, ensuring adherence to grant requirements and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assumes primary responsibility for coordinating the Secure Connections Prevention Consortium planning activities, including finalizing goals and executing an implementation plan.
Coordinates program activities with appropriate liaison agencies to ensure collaboration.
Develops and promotes relationships with other social service agencies and represents the program and agency in the community.
Provides leadership to staff, promotes a sense of agency with coworkers and staff, and communicates in ways that support the agency's mission and values.
Contributes to the overall development of the Agency.
Provides clinical and administrative supervision of program staff, students, and volunteers.
Supervises Case Manager, Youth Advocate, and Community Resource Liaison.
Assures the continuing training and development of program staff.
Schedules regular meetings with the stakeholder team and staff to discuss plans, address potential problems, and ensure program functioning.
Performs administrative functions, including completing regular reports promptly as required by funding sources and the Agency.
Serves on Agency-wide committees.
Develop and maintain partnerships and collaboration with community resources.
Establish strong, productive, consistent, trusting relationships with youth and families.
Coordinates the collection and input of evaluation data to measure ongoing program effectiveness of services, levels of service, and program outcome measures.
Support, maintain, and help publicize a coordinated schedule of programs and activities.
Develops, manages, and coordinates documents to align internal and external program audits and compliance requirements.
Supports the timely submission of all required reports and supporting materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, and/or Psychology.
At least 2-3 years of previous experience working with families/adults in crisis.
Experience working with individuals and families impacted by financial crisis, domestic violence, or other crisis/trauma required.
Prior experience with case management, advocacy, and exposure to social work in the legal system is preferred.
Lived experience of homelessness and/or addiction and recovery preferred.
Experience working in collaboration with community and youth.
Knowledge of trauma-informed practice, resiliency, and protective factors.
Experience in using data to drive outcomes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter, organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work effectively as a team member.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to travel to different Center for Family Services' building sites and off-site locations.
Must be able to sit for extended periods, up to 4 hours. Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
