Job Description
LRS is a Lighting Design, Installation and Maintenance company who has been providing lighting and lighting controls services to Retail and Commercial accounts in New England for over 30 years.
We are looking to add a new team member to our HR Department to primarily assist with the recruiting duties as we work to add additional field staff and continue to grow our installation team.
This individual will work alongside the other members of the HR team, as well as the VP of Operations regarding positional needs.
In addition to Recruiting, this individual will be responsible for cross training in tasks such as:
- Payroll Administration (Paylocity experience is a plus)
- Employee On-Boarding
- Tracking of Employee Credentials and Certifications
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous experience working with MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Previous experience in a related construction or trade service industry strongly preferred
- BS/BA in a related field preferred
