We're seeking an elite individual contributor to join our Product & Engineering team to lead and execute product initiatives across our three-sided platform. You’ll invent and work on gamified features that drive lead generation, cart curation, and orders on our mobile platform.
This role is fully on-site in our Manhattan HQ. Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace Ability to apply user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, and innovative Experience leading projects and teams Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks and initiatives Startup or high-growth company experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or equivalent Key Responsibilities: Lead Product Strategy:
Develop a clear strategy for our three-sided marketplace, focusing on creating innovative solutions from the ground up that address complex user needs. Drive Creative Solutions:
Leverage first principles thinking to ideate and implement groundbreaking features that significantly enhance user engagement and simplify platform interaction. Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure new ideas are executed flawlessly and align with broader business objectives. Manage Product Lifecycle:
Oversee products from conception to launch, responding swiftly to shifts in the market and ensuring high-quality results.
