This is a Remote opportunity. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements Assess business process and system inefficiencies Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities Identify non-standard, inefficient, and deficient business processes and recommend, develop and implement process improvements per Government approval Requirements: Minimum three (3) years of experience in business analysis Minimum three (3) years of experience in federal acquisitions processes (cradle to grave) Minimum three (3) years of experience managing complex IT projects using Agile methodologies BS Degree in a relevant field Agile Methodologies (2 Years) Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills Must be fully fluent in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to obtain a Public Trust. Good to Have - But Not Required: Knowledgeable or experience with Federal Acquisition. Working Environment & Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
