Connecticut non-profit organization located in Middlesex County has a need for an administrative assistant to provide administrative support to the executive director and team.
$20 - $22 per hour
Excellent opportunity for a professional administrative assistant to join a small close-knit team while working for an organization that supports the local community.
This opportunity will allow you to use your customer service savviness, administrative background, and technical computer skills.
- Answering phones and greeting visitors to the office
- Maintaining calendar
- Assist with meeting preparation
- Maintaining donor database
- Preparing educational materials
- Provide general administrative support for the director and team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of solid executive administrative support experience
- Non-profit background is a plus
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new databases with ease
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
