Inventory Planning Analyst
to join our team and drive excellence in our planned order processes. What you’ll do: Collaborate with Forecasting, Workshops, and Inventory teams to enhance customer planning and market opportunities. Manage the holistic planned order process, ensuring best practices in ordering, tracking, and allocation. Maintain and update protected stores, optimising inventory levels and managing surplus. Analyse and review planned parts to support forecasted requirements and mitigate risks. Align sales and demand requirements with business stakeholders to meet WesTrac and customer strategies. Lead the ordering, tracking, and allocation of planned parts, ensuring timely delivery. Engage in internal meetings to identify opportunities and address concerns. Support positive change management and continuous improvement initiatives. Location:
South Guildford, WA To be successful the following is required: Tertiary Qualification within Business, Logistics and Supply Chain or related discipline desirable not essential. Previous exposure in supply chain roles within medium to large organisations. Proficient in MS Office and Excel. Strong ability to interpret data and market trends. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Experience in process improvement and change management. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Demonstrated skills in analysis, strategy, problem-solving, and negotiation. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
