Position Title: Executive Assistant

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Location: Ridgefield, NJ

Schedule: Fully Onsite, Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM; Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 DOE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CFO. This role is vital in managing communications and reports across departments, with a strong emphasis on accurate reporting and effective information flow. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a diligent work ethic, and a background in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare, review, and organize reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial documents and reports as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A background in accounting, either through a degree or relevant work experience.
  • Diligent, detail-oriented, and sociable, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
