A life insurance client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work on-site for 20-25 hours per week in their Minnesota office.

Responsibilities:
  • Process new business applications
  • Manage general office operations
  • Handle front desk duties
  • Coordinate client appointments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Client and customer-focused
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in personal computer applications, including Excel and Word
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
