About The Job Zeno is looking for a Senior Program Manager to support one of our largest global and integrated clients in the tech space. As the team’s program manager, you will be an integral part of the team’s operations and work with senior leadership to manage multiple functions. You will bridge our client teams and finance, working to standardize and track budgets, SOWs, staffing, forecasts, OOPs, and project burn. You will also serve as the team knowledge manager and set up infrastructure for information sharing, connecting dots across global and business unit focused workstreams to ensure smooth operation of a team of 136 people across 15 offices. To succeed in this role, you must be a highly motivated, organized, collaborative individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in working with large global and multi-functional teams. This person will report to one of the SVPs on the business, and dotted line into our Project Management Department lead. Responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between client teams and finance, streamlining scopes and budgets across functions and countries. Partner with client and finance teams to manage and communicate project burn, scope creep and participate in the monthly forecasting process. Work with Finance manager to help prepare the monthly Lenovo Forecast email sent by MD. Work with team leads to track OOP spend and invoices, preparing monthly summaries for clients. Partner with client teams on staffing and resourcing, working across the agency to ensure the right team members are found and allocated. Work with account leadership to help manage financial requests from procurement. Create and manage global team infrastructure, coordinating leadership meetings and distilling key next steps. Partner with senior client team to prepare Quarterly Business Review for senior clients. Act as knowledge manager for global work, keeping a pulse on workstreams, capabilities, case studies, and award entries. Maintain global team SharePoint, active client lists, and prepare monthly email that goes to global team. Support team organization on new business efforts (working closely with creative PM). About You:

Minimum 6 years agency experience (PR, Advertising, Digital). Demonstrated understanding of how an Agency works and the ability to facilitate alignment within an agency structure. The social skills to work well with others, the patience to collaborate, the positive attitude that developing great work commands. Advanced Excel, Smartsheet, or Google Sheets experience. Exceptional organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines and deal with disparate or ambiguous information. The talent to do all of this with a smile and, occasionally, some well-timed sarcasm. Salary:

$96,000 - $133,000 a year Pay range:

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
