American Workforce Group has partnered with a door manufacturing company to fill an executive assistant position in Sumner, WA! Ideal candidate will be highly motivated, professional and be ready to take on the role!
Details for Executive Assistant:
-Monday-Friday
-6:00am-3:00pm
-40 hours a week
-$28-$30/hour DOE
Description for Executive Assistant:
-Handle incoming orders
-Inbound and oubound communication with customers and clients
-Manage Quickbooks
-Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements for Executive Assistant:
-Must have an accounting degree
-3-5 years experience with Quickbooks
-Self motivated
-Able to work independently
-Great customer service
Benefits Upon Rollover:
-Holiday pay after 90 days
-Sick pay
-Vacation after 1 year
