Executive Administration Assistant (Inpatient and Outpatient Services)

Program & Location: Plymouth, MA with travel required
Pay Range: $23-$29
Status: Full Time
Shift: 8am-4:30pm

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Supervisor: COO of SEMCOA / COO of Inpatient Services
Qualifications: High School Diploma, 5-7 years administrative support experience

High Point & Affiliated Organizations is a health and human service agency whose mission is to treat and prevent substance use disorders and mental illness. High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Programs and services also assist survivors of abuse, violence, and families experiencing homelessness. High Point believes that everyone has inherent goodness, worth, and dignity. Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable concerning the overall structure of the corporation, including, but not limited to its philosophy, mission, goals, policies, personnel, departments, and staffing needs
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Small Business Office Suite
  • Must work well within a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and take direction from multiple sources
  • Ability to plan duties for maximum effectiveness and efficiency
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills
  • TB Screening
  • Certification in the HPTC approved de-escalation program
  • Demonstrate flexibility and dependability.
  • Travel is required with mileage reimbursement
Responsibilities:
  • Compliance with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol Abuse Policy and HIPAA Regulations
  • Adhere to and up-hold governance/accreditation standards concerning patient rights and company ethics
  • Coordinate renewals of corporate contracts, licenses & certificates
  • Attend trainings as outlined within the Employee Handbook
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely, confidential, and accurate manner
  • Meeting attendance, subsequent meeting minutes, distribution and maintenance of for all meetings minutes as directed
  • Maintenance and distribution of Corporate Policies & Manuals
  • Create and maintain various databases, forms, and reports and ensure their availability to appropriate staff as needed
  • Work directly with COO of SEMCOA / COO of Inpatient Services in directing and facilitating corporate projects including but not limited to the research of data and subsequent reports
  • Provide administrative, clerical, and general overall daily support to COO of SEMCOA/COO of Inpatient Services
  • Other duties as assigned by the President / Chief Executive Officer/ COO of SEMCOA/ COO of Inpatient Services to insure safe and appropriate operation of the corporation.
