The Indiana Non-Public Education Association serves as an advocate, promotes engagement, and strives for the advancement of non-public schools in Indiana. INPEA is recognized as the essential voice advancing excellence and equitable access for all non-public schools in Indiana. INPEA is a membership association of non-public schools and jurisdictions and is engaged in public policy advocacy and professional development for its member schools.
Position Overview
The Executive Director is the chief executive officer of the Indiana Non-Public Education Association (INPEA) and is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the organization. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and stakeholders to achieve INPEA’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications
INPEA is seeking as its next Executive Director, a dynamic leader who exhibits exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills who will be a confident spokesperson for non-public schools in Indiana. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of developing, cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships and developing grassroots networks for public policy initiatives that impact non-public schools across Indiana. A successful candidate must have a strong commitment to the mission of INPEA and non-public school education, successful leadership experience in non-public schools and non-profit fund development.

Indianapolis, Indiana
Salary
Compensation is commensurate with experience. Includes full time benefits with a generous vacation/holiday schedule.
