Motorola Mobility is seeking applications from qualified and experienced programmatic traders, who are familiar with DSP platforms and who will be responsible for set up of programmatic campaigns that the business requires. Other responsibilities include executing programmatic campaigns, from the initial briefing stage through campaign set up, maintenance, optimizations, and final reporting. He/She will need to ensure the health of the campaigns by spending budgets in full while driving the KPIs required by the business. Role and Responsibilities: Create Programmatic campaigns from the initial briefing stage through campaign set-up, maintenance, optimizations, and post campaign reporting. Ensure the health of the campaigns, spending budgets in full, while exceeding business KPIs. Work closely with media teams to provide insights and recommendations that align with or enhance business strategy. Own trades in multiple programmatic consoles with a deep understanding of campaign management and optimization strategy (bid management, tactics, data and audience analysis, budget management etc.). Set-up and manage campaigns in DSPs; preferred experience in Display & Video 360 (formerly known as DoubleClick Bid Manager). Amazon DSP experience is a plus. Work closely with the ad operations and analytics teams for all tagging and reporting requirements. Analyze verification data to improve the quality of impressions purchased. Proactively monitor campaign activity for delivery, ad quality and performance. Pull reporting and identify optimization opportunities to implement both in real-time and long term. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Economics, Marketing, Finance, Advertising, or a quantitative field. 3+ years of experience as trader. Prior experience with DSPs and Google Ads. Previous experience with Display and Video 360 or DoubleClick Bid Manager.
