by creating transformational learning opportunities that empower youth to realize their full potential. To successfully achieve this, we are seeking a highly organized Enrichment Manager to join our programs team.
Responsibilities:
Capacity to provide clear and consistent (tenacious) marketing to parents and organization.
Collaborate with Communications Manager to ensure branding is streamlined and consistent for all program marketing materials.
Create and update budgets and proposals for prospective and confirmed clients.
Possess a toolkit of creativity for class and camp programming and planning.
Ensure overall success of all enrichment programs at existing and new partner sites.
Plan, create, and execute marketing to ensure maximum enrollment.
Maintain clear and consistent communications to stakeholders.
Develop, design, implement and supervise enrichment programs including but not limited to after school, school day, and intersession camp programs.
Negotiate program terms and contract details with school administration in collaboration with other arc personnel.
Organize, supervise, schedule, and train staff.
Recruit and negotiate service contracts for Independent Contractors and Vendors who will provide enrichment services.
Manage payment of vendors and independent contractors as well as approve and manage timekeeping for enrichment staff.
Design and implement continuous improvement strategies for both program quality and financial efficacy of enrichment programs.
Develop and manage clear communications pipeline between arc and enrichment instructors.
Manage Kinderlime and/or other service that will enrollment process to ensure all participants are properly enrolled.
Use Kinderlime as a communication platform to inform and interact with parents and administration.
Manage collection on payments for all services rendered from families or schools.
Properly plan and ensure all programs are properly launched with adequate supplies.
Supervise/plan activities and programs that anticipate changes of weather.
Ensure that activities in enrichment programs are diverse and fit the needs of the campus community as well as being conscious of student abilities and age appropriateness.
Provide a physically and emotionally safe and supportive environment for education, cooperation and fun.
Utilize hands-on activities to foster individual growth.
Create activities that encourage self-confidence, responsibility, and leadership.
Must be able to conduct a vehicle in order to perform site visits, meets with clients off site, and travel to site locations.
Perform related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Three years teaching (K-12) and/or three to five years program management experience (youth enrichment or academic programming preferred).
Minimum 5 years business experience, preferably in non-profit or school-based supervisorial capacity.
Solid after school programming operations and administration skills garnered from 5+ years of relevant experience.
Computer and tech savvy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and multiple operating systems.
Ability to supervise and support staff and independent contractors located in various locations.
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff.
Strong, clear written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated professional attitude, approach, and commitment to integrity.
Proven confidentiality and professional discretion.
Successful adeptness to multitasking and prioritizing tasks and projects.
Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and resolve conflicts.
Flexibility and ability to embrace change.
Commitment to working toward the common goal of helping to provide experiential education to underserved young people at our various programs.
Experience working with youth of all ages.
BA/BS in Education or relevant subject matter preferred.
Experience working in after school programs or youth recreational facilities.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed for program success.
TB Test Clearance & LiveScan Clearance (Background check).
Bilingual preferred.
Additional Information:
The person selected for this position will report directly to the Director of Programs and works out of the Torrance Home Office. The person selected for this position must be available and flexible to travel throughout the areas where arc does business to conduct program site visits, evaluations or meet with stakeholders. The Enrichment Manager is a salaried, benefit eligible, full-time, exempt position.
