Candidate Profile

Job holder is a member of the management committee of FPG US. He/She is fully accountable for the cybersecurity of the industrial sites (3 sites in Texas). He/She leads directly external contractors involved in operations, cybersecurity, data, sites automation engineers of the power plants. He/She relies transversely on i) the Head of Industrial Systems & Sites Transformation FPG, ii) the Head of TEAS IT, iii) the Head of GRP IT. In charge of an IT and Digital budget of ~$1,5 million USD (CCGTs scope operated), he/she has a direct impact on the productivity, reliability, and performance of flexible power production sites and therefore on the results of Flexible Power Generation entity.

IT subject matter expert with operational and leadership experience, bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

At least 10-15 years of experience. Highly knowledgeable on cybersecurity for industrial systems. Ability to exchange and interact with numerous contacts: Head of FPG US, Head of Industrial Systems & Sites Transformation, Head of IT GRP, site directors, digital, IS and cyber security managers of the Company, supplier managers. Mobility between industrial sites and Houston office required. On-call responsibilities with ability to respond to crisis or major events including on-site if required. Additional required skills include the ability to demonstrate a dynamic approach in managing responsibilities and problem solving; capacity to work autonomously; possessing strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills; ability to work independently or cross-functionally depending on the need.

Activities

L-iCSO (Local industrial cyber security officer): ensure the role L-iCSO as defined in the company's referential CR-GR-SSI-001



Enforce Information Systems Cybersecurity requirements;



Submit exemption requests to B-ICSO;



Carry out and keep up to date inventories for the IIS and forward them to the B-ICSO;



Process interface flow modification requests for Industrial Information Systems (IIS);



Alert your superiors and the B-ECSO/B-ICSO in the event of:

o A Cybersecurity Incident;

o An almost Incident for any event related to the IIS;

o A situation of serious actual or potential risk related to the Cybersecurity of control systems;

o Inability to fulfill their mission;



Participate with central teams in the Cybersecurity internal control program;



Monitor implementation of action plans drawn up following audits.

IT Service Manager: Manage the follow-up of the IT services (Foundation and Applications) delivered by TGITS (locally by TEAS IT / TGITS AMAS). Follow the service agreement and its SLAs. Ensure the promotion of the services in affiliate.

Plant operation system: Ensure IT systems for Plant Operation are functional and progressively aligned with the operational procedures and activities of the Company referential. Leverage FPG Europe knowledge and experience regarding operation, maintenance, stock, purchase and HSE business/IT processes alignments and guidance of DSI GRP to define a local roadmap. When possible and according to Company strategy, delegate or transfer service delivery to TGITS. Contribute to secure the sites' documentation.

Data & Digital: Aggregate and expose reliable data from various systems to i) increase performance and reliability (preventive and predictive maintenance) to minimize accidents (untimely shutdowns) and minimize material and intangible OPEX, ii) support IPBU PIM to define the right strategy for trading & monitor market exposure

Energy Management: Interface with TGPNA to ensure system, data, and process flows between the IPBU and TGPNA environments are functional, and all parties are well informed of incidents and evolutions. Provide to TGPNA projects support when appropriate.

Budget: Prepare the IT budget with the Head of FPG US manager and US GRP DSI representative. Ensure a proper realization in line with validated budget.

It supports REN (renewables) in defining the portfolio and its optimization (solar/wind mix, marketing, etc.). It develops and operates the fleet of flexible electricity production assets (CCGT, batteries, Hydro). Finally, the Integrated Power BU carries out the electricity Company's activities in Europe & US.
