First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to join our Consumer Credit Service Center team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing Home Equity, Small Business, Auto, and Personal loans and lines. Assist branches, departments, and customers with loan servicing inquiries and performs account maintenance. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary) Compensation: The hourly pay range for this role is $17.75 - $22.75/hr; commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. Banking experience in the consumer loan area with good working knowledge of the various consumer loan products as well as mortgage loan documentation and regulations highly desirable. 1 year of experience in general clerical, administrative, customer service or related field. Able to plan, organize and budget. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to handle confidential matters judiciously. Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through. Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines. Possesses sales skills to enhance business development objectives. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn various software programs.
