Overview
The Sales Operations Director / Vice President will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our luxury real estate sales processes, developing the sales team, and optimizing lead development to increase revenue. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales administration and requires strong expertise in high-end sales environments, ideally in luxury real estate. This leader works closely with the marketing team to build and implement a robust marketing and outreach plan. The individual leads the external Sales Referral Partner program, working with brokers and influencers to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration and Operations:
Oversees all sales operations, including process optimization, CRM management, sales data analysis, reporting and forecasting. Manage sales pipeline and closing processes.
Mentorship and Training:
Lead by example, train, mentor and coach a team of sales professionals and support senior level experienced sales professionals to maximize performance and cultivate a results-driven culture. Develop onboarding and training programs for sales advisors.
Prospect and Lead Development:
Drive a strategic approach to lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
Marketing Coordination:
Partner with the marketing team to ensure the alignment of resources and initiatives that support sales goals, including campaign design and content creation.
Sales Referral Partner Management:
Establish and cultivate a network of outside sales referral partners, building and managing relationships with other individual entities (brokers and influencers) to drive inbound referrals.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze key sales metrics by identifying areas for improvement, and implementing actionable strategies.
Strategic Planning:
Develop short- and long-term sales plans aligned with the company’s business objectives, execute strategies to maximize revenue growth and expand market presence.
Qualifications:
Experience:
6+ years of experience in sales operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a Director or Vice President role, ideally within luxury real estate or a comparable sector.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop and / or support high-performing sales teams, fostering a positive and productive culture.
Sales Strategy Expertise:
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead development strategies, and prospecting techniques.
Analytical Proficiency:
Skilled in CRM systems, sales forecasting, and performance metrics, ability to analyze data to drive strategy and process improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, experience working closely with marketing and executive teams.
Goal-Oriented:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
