Program Analyst III #24330

Provide planning, coordination, and technical management in support of NASA Ames Research Center (ARC). Work with ARC and NASA training offices to provide Project Management and System Engineering dedicated training sessions. Provide documentation support to track action items. Schedule and support various meetings by capturing meeting minutes/actions/project calendar. Provide expertise in business support tools to assist with integration of data for reporting. POC for action item collection, review, tracking, and reporting. Analyze and integrate requirements and technical content against resources identifying risks and issues. Experience Requirements: 10 years of applicable experience desired. Experience supporting Program Management Office (PMO) with data management, data analysis, project control, project tracking, and documentation. Experience in problem-solving and conducting complex evaluations of procedures, processes, and techniques. Excellent communication skills. Experience with Confluence. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. Certification Requirements:

N/A Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Art desired. Work Type: Hybrid - Ames Research Center (ARC) - Mountain View, CA. Clearance Requirements: Public Trust - Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
