Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM Location:

Search Inc. is looking for a dedicated Supported Living Program Manager to lead our residential program. If you’re a natural leader with experience in human services who values collaboration and personal growth, we’d love for you to join us! About The Position:
As the Supported Living Program Manager, you’ll oversee our community-based residential homes, train and mentor staff, and ensure the success of person-centered initiatives. You’ll work closely with other departments to support the health, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve while maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines. This position reports to the Division Director of Supported Living and Clinical Services. What You’ll Do: Administrative/Leadership Responsibilities Supervise and support the Supported Living Program (SLP) Management team. Lead or assist with staff training, committees, and special projects. Ensure billing and attendance records comply with state and federal laws. Oversee systems for managing staff schedules, payroll, incident reports, and individual support plans. Help recruit and retain staff by working closely with Human Resources. Manage site schedules and ensure compliance with medication administration requirements. Track and report on goals, attendance, and quality assurance activities. Support program growth by opening and maintaining new residential sites. Provide on-call coverage for weekends on a rotating basis and be available for consultation during evenings and overnights as needed. Individual Interaction Responsibilities Ensure staff effectively assist individuals with daily activities and personal goals. Collaborate with staff to plan and implement engaging community activities. Provide supportive counseling and conflict resolution for individuals as needed. Partner with Community Integration, Medical, and Behavioral Health teams to promote the well-being of individuals supported by the program. What You’ll Need: A bachelor’s degree in
human services
or a related field (Master’s preferred). At least five years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. At least three years of supervisory experience. Ability to meet state requirements as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP). Certification in CPR, First Aid, and medication administration (training provided). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and scheduling software. Physical ability to lift/carry up to 44 lbs. and perform tasks like bending and kneeling. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Willingness to be certified as a PACE Vanpool driver (training provided). Benefits We Offer: Paid Time Off:
