INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Position Title: International Operations Director
Department: International Mobilization
Reports to: International Director
This position is: Full time; Exempt; Support-raised; Based in the U.S.
ABOUT US
Launch Global (LG) exists to mobilize churches to develop laborers and leaders who multiply healthy churches among unreached people groups (UPGs). Originally started as a training and mobilization organization to mobilize the church in the US, LG now mobilizes the church in 23 countries and has staff located in 3 different countries. Our hope is that as laborers and leaders are trained and sent well to unreached peoples, they will see a multiplying impact among the lost. With over 7,000 unreached people groups remaining, the missional task of the Church will require the involvement of the global body of Christ.
LG's international teams (LGI teams) are working to mobilize local bodies of believers who live in close proximity to UPGs. We believe that the work of mobilizing the body of Christ from proximate people groups to make disciples and plant churches among the unreached is crucial for all peoples to hear the Gospel.
The International Operations Department exists to serve and support the operational needs of international staff in order to accelerate their efforts to catalyze CPMs among UPGs. The responsibilities and projects of the International Operations Department will evolve as international needs expand.
