Job Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative staff, and ensuring efficient workflow. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Oversight : Supervise administrative staff and coordinate office activities.
Office Organization : Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment.
Financial Management : Assist with budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting; process invoices and manage expenses.
Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications; handle correspondence and scheduling.
Human Resources Support : Assist with onboarding, training, and employee records management; ensure compliance with HR policies.
Project Management : Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among team members.
Policy Implementation : Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Event Coordination : Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
Experience : Previous experience in office management or administrative roles.
Skills :
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management.
Language Skills : Mandarin speaking is highly preferable.
Work Environment:
Typically works in an office setting.
May require occasional overtime or flexibility to accommodate business needs.
This role is integral to maintaining a productive workplace and supporting the overall goals of the organization.

Pay: $61,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
