THE ROLE
We are seeking a creative and passionate Head of Digital Product to lead the strategy and execution of all digital products across our Consumer and B2B verticals. This includes our ecommerce platform (www.audicus.com), proprietary online hearing test, hearing aid simulator, B2B partner portal, and future retail store applications. The role involves developing a digital product roadmap and collaborating with engineering, leadership, and marketing to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
The Head of Digital Product will also build a world-class product organization, managing product planning, new product introduction, and lifecycle management. A deep understanding of end-user needs, coupled with a data-driven approach to innovation and optimization, is essential. This role reports to the COO and works closely with the Head of Business Development, CTO, and CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Define our digital product roadmap, ensuring that we deliver a consistent and engaging experience to our end-users (Consumers and B2B partners) while driving our business objectives (engagement, revenue)
Overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
Build and lead a team of high-caliber product managers and designers
Develop a deep understanding of our end-users and competitors, and subsequently craft and implement a differentiated value proposition
Analyze performance data to generate insights that drive action. Build out a robust improvement (A/B test) process that continually optimizes our digital experiences.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
12+ years of digital product management experience, including leading product teams
Proven track record of successful product launches
Deep empathy and curiosity for end-users and passion to serve them better than our competitors
Highly analytical and creative problem-solver
Startup experience, consumer healthcare products/services is a plus
Strong team player with the urge to have a lasting positive impact on people's lives
Engineering background is a plus
Salary Range:
Base: $200-280K/year (commensurate with experience)
