Volt is immediately hiring for Customer Service in Moreno Valley, CA.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Determined best shipping methods for outbound freight (routes and rates).
  • Track, trace, and update the status of outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain a precise log sheet of daily orders.
  • Communicate and provide excellent customer service to vendors.
  • Assist in other departments as needed.
  • Communicate with leadership regarding any issues or discrepancies.
  • Conduct a quality check to ensure the product is not damaged.
  • knowledge/experience with apps such as: Word Doc, Excel, teams’ chats, outlook, 
  • Experience in routing shipments.
  • Good and professional communication skills, most communication is done via email.
  • Can work closely with their peers and show a positive can-do attitude. 
 

Schedule: M-F 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

 

 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
