Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to lead our organization in providing exceptional services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties
Oversee the development and implementation of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
Develop and manage budgets for various programs, ensuring financial sustainability.
Foster relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to promote program awareness and engagement.
Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
Collaborate with administrative teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Advocate for the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities within the community.
Skills
Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Strong program management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation of services.
Knowledge of behavioral health practices and principles.
Excellent administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Exceptional relationship management abilities to build rapport with clients, families, and community partners.
Proficient in budgeting and financial oversight for programs.
Background in social work or related fields is preferred.
Strong supervisory skills to lead a diverse team effectively.
