Create the
"run the process of Product"
structure that allows the Product team (inclusive of Tech partners) to have a regular and effective rhythm of engagements. Design and go to market with optimal processes for key processes, including, but not limited to, Intake, scoping, prioritization decisioning and PI planning for the Product Management team and their stakeholders. Lead, govern and execute key processes, and establish appropriate responsibilities with monitoring across other stakeholders to execute critical processes. Partner with the Product Management team personnel as key customers & performers as required to achieve expectations. Develop and maintain metrics, and associated monitoring & reporting for the process of Product success outcomes and Key Performance Indicators. Routinely communicate with key stakeholders, clients, and performers the appropriate requirements and outcomes for associated processes. Engage Product teams across BC&P and the greater COF Product community to learn and put into practice, best practices for Product Management execution. Develop and maintain formal process documentation, including procedures and process flow diagrams. Key Success Measures:
Product Management Enablement (primarily) and Engagement (secondarily) scores. SLT and stakeholder feedback on value of Product ceremonies and reporting. Customer feedback from dependent clients and those using processes such as Intake, scoping, to achieve their objectives. Baseline metrics and measures in place for key Product processes with demonstrated improvements quarter over quarter. The ideal candidate will:
Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive process efforts. Have the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic, complex environment. Have excellent communication and partnership skills, to interact and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes. Have outstanding problem solving skills paired with process engineering skills to put effective solutions to opportunities facing the process of Product. Be comfortable and experienced working with technology and business analyst partners, having the ability to manage approach needed for different stakeholders. Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a large organization. An immense desire to having and bringing fun to an organization. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience. At least 4 years of experience in Process Engineering, Process Management or Project Management. At least 2 years of experience in Agile delivery. Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, or Engineering. At least 6 years of experience in Process Engineering, Process Management or Project Management. At least 4 years of experience in Agile delivery. Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma certification. At least 1 year of programming queries experience.
