Our Brand Experience Team is passionate about creating incredible consumer and retail experiences for the best brands in the world. We’re on the hunt for an ambitious and innovative Senior Designer to contribute to this mission on our east coast creative team. The Senior Designer uses strong conceptual thinking and design knowledge to translate client briefs into professional design executions. This role visualizes and develops solutions for brands, campaigns, environments, and digital spaces. The senior designer balances creative thinking while following brand standards to create impactful designs. HAS EXPERIENCE WITH

Clients that are leaders in consumer goods, home improvement, digital strategy, and emerging technologies. Partnering with retail brands to create engaging consumer experiences. Team members across job functions and agency locations. A diverse and dynamic team based in our Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and Portland offices. RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads design project from concept phase through successful completion. Develops and implements visual elements or creative concepts for project deliverables. Translates existing and emerging concepts into actual brand and/or product designs. Acts as a liaison amongst production department to ensure results meet project specifications. Presents ideas, research and trends during creative meetings with both internal teams and external clients. Ensures projects are on track to be completed on time and within budget. Creates presentations, mood boards, and proposals based upon project scope. Advises the design team with technical problem solving in the development of design elements and layouts. Recommends improvements in creative design concept, tools, processes and/or assigned tasks to management. Conducts market research to stay up-to-date on market trends and new design developments. Advises Designers and Jr Designers throughout project deliverables. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Design, Advertising, Marketing or related field 6+ years of previous design experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required. Proficient with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.); Provide professional portfolio with application High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
