Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations of the community, responsible for associate relations, resident engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Create and execute the business plan to develop the team and grow revenue and profitability. Build and maintain strong working relationships with management team, encouraging teamwork and collaboration. Recruit, hire, and train high-quality associates, ensuring consistency in selection and retention. Maintain positive resident relations and proactively resolve resident issues. Ensure compliance with community clinical care and services. Analyze and execute annual operating and capital budgets. Drive sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy and revenue targets. Ensure buildings and grounds meet Company standards. Enforce Company policies and maintain applicable licenses. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum of three years related operational leadership experience required. Must have a valid administrator license in states where required and a valid driver’s license. Knowledge and Skills: Advanced knowledge of the organization and industry. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Standing, walking, and use of hands and fingers. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
