Position Overview:
As the Employee Experience Program Manager at Pendo.io, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our workplace culture. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing global programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our employees have the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive both professionally and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development: Design and execute employee experience programs, and repeatable processes for the supporting office team, that support employee engagement, development, and well-being. This includes initiatives related to onboarding, professional growth, recognition, and work-life balance.
Culture and Engagement: Champion Pendo.io's core values and culture by developing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and foster a sense of belonging and inclusion.
Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other channels to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to address feedback and continuously enhance the employee experience.
Communication: Develop and deliver clear, compelling communication processes about employee experience programs, ensuring that all team members are informed and engaged. Ensure all employees are informed and engaged through various communication channels.
Partnerships :
Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other departments to align employee experience programs with organizational goals and support broader HR initiatives.
Events and Activities :
Plan and execute company-wide events, team-building activities, and wellness programs that promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Metrics and Reporting: Track the effectiveness of employee experience programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and regular reporting. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. Conduct surveys, focus groups, or other research initiatives to gather deeper insights into employee needs. Assist in presenting data and insights to leadership to secure resources and support for program implementation.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, or program management, with a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful employee experience initiatives.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, PMP) are a plus.
Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships across diverse teams.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of employee engagement strategies, workplace culture, and best practices in employee experience. Familiarity with HR technologies and data analysis is a plus.

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in:
Raleigh, NC: $84,000 - 105,000
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
