MW Partners is currently seeking a Business Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Collaborate with business and Program stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements reiterated to Talent Management and skills related areas.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge to configure, manage and maintain workday Talent Management functionality related to performance review, feedback, goals, succession planning etc. to align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement Skills Cloud, Skills taxonomy, Skills related architecture (job profile, job requisition, worker profile etc.) ensuring accurate mapping and seamless integration with existing HR Tech tools.
  • Ensure project success, including evaluating the technical/functional requirements, configured solutions meet the needs of the project and business as well as adhere to best practices and standards of control boards.
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of the Talent Management system.
  • Provide support to end-users on Workday Skills and Talent Management functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with Tech and Data operations team when necessary.
  • Stay abreast of Workday updates and releases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Science or any equivalent education
  • 5+ years' experience as a Workday architect, within HR functional areas, implementing and supporting Workday Core HCM, Talent Management and/or Skills Cloud processes; Workday certification a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable configurations.
  • Strong Experience in implementing Workday Talent Management module and familiarity with skills integration a huge plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
