Jobleads-US is hiring: Business Intelligence Analyst in Boston

Our Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our BI team to help build a culture of data-informed decision-making across the company.

You’ll partner with various teams within Snyk to generate insights and inform good, efficient decision-making through data. You know how to make sure data is accurate, well-organized, and accessible. You’ll use that knowledge to collaborate with internal stakeholders to build the reporting infrastructure we use to support the data needs of our business.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

1. Working with Snyk’s data ecosystem and applying a diverse set of skills in analytics, reporting, and visualization to tackle cross-functional problems and answer business questions.
2. Building accessible and intuitive tools and dashboards that accelerate measurement and reporting of KPIs and insight generation.
3. Enabling teams to explore data and measure, track, and monitor against their objectives.
4. Evangelizing data use across the company.
5. Implementing data models and data governance processes to ensure scalability and maintainability.

What You’ll Need:

1. Care deeply about helping others make data-driven decisions.
2. Have an “insight-ready” mindset: you don’t just report the data; you generate insights & provide business recommendations.
3. Are comfortable with prioritizing and managing multiple cross-functional projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
4. Must have strong skills in reporting using Looker (preferable) or equivalent. Should be able to utilize other technologies like CRM Analytics when suitable to business needs.
5. Have strong SQL skills, experience in querying large, complex data sets.
6. Some exposure to Snowflake or equivalent and dbt or other ETL tool equivalent.
7. Have experience delivering BI-related training to end-users.
8. Are organized, collaborative, hands-on, self-motivated, and an open communicator.
9. Are comfortable working in a globally distributed team across several time zones.
10. Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

We’d be Lucky if You:

1. 3+ years in analytics and business intelligence roles.
2. SaaS experience.
