Global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions and value-added services Up to $225,000 - $250,000 base salary + bonus + flexible executive benefits package Significant opportunity to coach, implement and lead a Lean enterprise deployment in a multi-$billion t/o organisation Exciting opportunities lie ahead as our global client embarks on a ground-breaking Lean strategy deployment from scratch. As Senior Director - Lean Transformation, you will be responsible for leading and driving this Lean transformation initiative across the organization, leveraging your expertise to optimize business processes and nurture a culture of continuous improvement. This pivotal role demands strong leadership and strategic vision, influencing change across all organizational levels. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of Lean strategies and initiatives enterprise-wide. Coach and mentor executive leaders, project teams and Lean practitioners, ensuring alignment with Lean principles and methodologies. Collaborate with senior leadership to define Lean objectives, performance metrics and monitor progress towards organizational goals. Conduct assessments and audits to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans to drive operational excellence. Facilitate Lean training sessions and workshops to foster continuous learning and improvement. Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication to enhance performance and efficiency. Serve as a Lean subject matter expert, promoting Lean principles and practices, overcoming resistance to change and guiding teams to identify and eliminate waste, improve processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification. Minimum 10 years' experience in Lean management, process improvement or OpEx roles. Proven track record of leading and facilitating successful Lean transformations in fast-paced, large organizations. Wealth of experience to come from both business process excellence and operations while developing people and enhancing performance. Strong 'hands-on' leadership and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to deliver data-driven solutions and measure the impact of Lean initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Up to 15% travel required with typically 3 days in the office / 2 at home. Interested?
