-Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, or
related field
-5 years of experience compiling reports, analyzing data, and
working with reporting tools.
-Experience working in the travel industry preferred.
-Excellent knowledge of and proficiency with MS Outlook,
Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with
MS Access.
-Knowledge of advanced reporting tools and travel industry
specific tools.
-Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced,
multi-project environment.
-Excellent ability to analyze data from a variety of sources.
-Ability to manage time and prioritize workload efficiently.
-Ability to work independently and as a team player.
In this role, you will provide tool support and product administration to ensure that tools operate correctly. This role will Identify and solve problems between systems and end users. You will provide analytical support of ongoing client optimization consulting and reporting engagements, maintaining operational reporting and analysis efforts, and supporting the ongoing development of reporting and consulting deliverables.
Create new reports and templates to meet specific business needs as well as pull data from already created reports.
Manipulate client and benchmarking data using reporting systems and/or MS Office products to deliver desired analysis.
Partner with internal and external resources to build upon current operations reporting and efficiency metrics. Act as a liaison with internal operations team. Communicate to ensure tools are operating correctly.
Analyze reporting, data, and industry trends and lead development of recommendations for client savings and renegotiation opportunities.
Participate in and contribute to industry updates and marketplace analysis.
Provide guidance to other users of data mining tools as necessary.
Liaise with other departments as necessary to insure format changes and client specifications are adopted and implemented uniformly.
Support ongoing innovation and improvement with CWT’s management practices and processes methodology, and consultative deliverables in assessment, design, optimization, and change management.
