About the Role:
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Tempo. As a Growth Product Manager, you will drive the company’s growth by creating and executing strategies that fuel user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and data) to identify opportunities, run experiments, and deliver innovative product solutions that enhance our customers' journey while contributing to our business goals.
Responsibilities:
Identify Growth Opportunities: Use data-driven insights to identify, prioritize, and size growth opportunities across the user lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Monetization: Has experience running cross-sell and monetization experiences to improve monetization and ARR.
Strategic Planning: Develop and own the growth roadmap, align growth goals with company objectives, and collaborate across teams to build alignment on priorities and goals.
Experimentation: Design, implement, and manage growth experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to validate hypotheses, improve key metrics, and drive impact.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data, marketing, and design teams to build, launch, and iterate on growth-focused product features and experiments.
Analytics and Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of growth initiatives, communicating insights to stakeholders and making data-driven decisions.
User Insights: Gather qualitative and quantitative insights from users to identify pain points and opportunities to improve product experiences.
Product Optimization: Leverage insights and best practices to improve onboarding flows, in-product marketing, and retention mechanics.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in a growth, product management, or similar role, preferably within a tech or SaaS company.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and metrics-driven decision-making.
Data Proficiency: Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, Launch Darkly, Google Analytics) and comfortable with SQL for custom data analysis.
Growth Mindset: Deep understanding of growth metrics and user funnels, with experience in acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies.
Experimentation Experience: Proven experience designing and executing experiments with a scientific, data-driven approach.
User-Centric Approach: Ability to understand user needs and translate them into impactful product experiences.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across functions and presenting to stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
