HTI is hiring an experienced Maintenance Planner for a growing manufacturing plant located just south of Little Rock, AR. This is a direct hire, full-time, salaried position. Relocation assistance is available for candidates located outside of the area. Salary will depend on experience and education, and the range is between $65,000 - 79,000 / year.

Requirements:

  • Must have 3+ years of recent experience as a Maintenance Planner at a manufacturing facility.
  • Experience coordinating the maintenance/preventative maintenance process and schedule for manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Experience with CMMS programs and strong MS Office/computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Work Management Processes (planning for ongoing maintenance/preventative maintenance, scheduling, streamlining, maintaining internal communication flow, etc.)
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning, scheduling, and optimization of maintenance activities.
  • Update and maintain CMMS, including equipment hierarchies and PM optimization.
  • Plan and manage contractor support for maintenance projects.
  • Prioritize safety in all work order planning.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of work orders and requests.
  • Develop comprehensive maintenance plans to optimize workforce productivity.
  • Coordinate materials, parts, and tools required for scheduled work.
  • Liaise between departments to schedule and execute maintenance activities.
  • Create detailed job plans and schedules for repairs and maintenance.
  • Generate performance reports and maintain equipment manuals and job plan databases.
