Phlebotomy - Job at GTT, LLC in Norristown

As a PSR II, you'll be responsible for:

• Drawing blood samples: Accurately and safely collect blood samples from patients of all ages, following established procedures.


• Patient interaction: Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients, building trust and confidence.


• Specimen preparation: Prepare blood specimens for lab testing, ensuring accuracy and quality.


• Process excellence: Adhere to strict protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred


• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)


• At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections


• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment


• Strong customer service skills


• Proficiency in keyboard/data entry
