The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader dedicated to advancing racial equity and social justice. Your responsibilities will include: Providing leadership and strategic direction for the organization's programs. Managing a skilled team and collaborating with a Local Advisory Committee. Expanding our impact in community development, real estate, and capital development. Leading fundraising efforts and advocating for our mission at local, state, and federal levels. You should have at least 10 years of senior-level experience in community development or a related field, with a strong track record in affordable housing and real estate project development. Your expertise in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, strong communication skills, and financial oversight will be crucial. We seek a strategic thinker and an innovative leader capable of inspiring a high-performing team and enhancing our organization's regional visibility. A bachelor's degree is required, while an advanced degree is beneficial.
