In this crucial leadership role, you will drive the company's growth trajectory and transformation, focusing on expanding revenue and enhancing the customer base. This encompasses leading both the sales and marketing teams, utilizing a blend of inorganic and organic growth strategies. We seek an outstanding candidate with a proven track record in similar business models, experience in M&A activities, and a strong sales orientation. Professionalizing all operational functions is essential as the business prepares to scale significantly and aims for a successful exit within the next decade. The ideal Head of Revenue Growth will be a passionate leader adept at harmonizing the company's legacy with a forward-thinking vision. Your responsibilities will include executing strategic acquisitions to boost the company's scale and service offerings, as well as driving organic growth through innovative lead generation and effective sales force management. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive success, ideally in roles involving cross-selling of acquired products and services. While a background in IT systems integration and cloud applications is preferred, strong sales leadership experience in related industries will also be valued.
