About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Head of E-Commerce Strategy to spearhead our E-commerce initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will strategically develop and execute our E-commerce strategy, aimed at driving revenue growth while enhancing the customer experience through optimized B2B direct sale websites.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of leadership, marketing, and technical skills. You will manage internal teams, collaborate with outside consultants and agencies, and oversee E-commerce technology, development, and advertising budgets. Your leadership will guide a dedicated E-commerce team, ensuring the portfolio aligns with our brand guidelines and strategic priorities.
Applicants should hold a BA/BS degree and have 10-15 years of proven experience in E-commerce leadership, exemplifying a successful track record in optimizing online sales channels and maximizing profitability while managing P&Ls.
You will also be responsible for the operation, optimization, and analytics of E-commerce platforms. Strong relationship management with platform providers and technology vendors, coupled with coordination with marketing and demand generation teams, will broaden our online presence. Effective communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential to thrive in this role.
We seek a candidate who is eager to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in E-commerce and digital marketing, utilizing data for continuous improvement. Familiarity with the agile development process will be a significant advantage.
