Responsibilities of the Senior Accounting Analyst:
Financial Consolidation : Oversee the consolidation of financial statements from multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Financial Reporting : Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Data Analytics : Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Internal Controls : Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Variance Analysis : Perform variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and explaining significant discrepancies.
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accounting Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related
CPA designation (+)
Bilingual is a must (Spanish/English)
5-7 years of progressive experience
Experience in financial consolidation and data analytics
Strong technical background
