About the Company:
Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturing business who are looking to add a Director of Finance to their team. The company has enjoyed incredible success in the last few years' and are seeking a candidate with a strong Accounting, Finance, and manufacturing background to join their team as they continue their expansion.

$140,000 - $175,000
Duties:
Partner with senior management to achieve and maximize growth and profitability of business unit.
Analyze financial results and explain key findings and variances to senior management.
Coordinate the preparation and review of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
Ensure compliance with Company policies and US GAAP for division financial reporting.
Ensure adequate internal controls over accounting and financial reporting in accordance with SOX guidelines.
Oversee revenue recognition during monthly close process.
Report and analyze key metrics to improve business performance.
Overall responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and business plans.
Promote continuous improvement of the planning process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their functions.
Review pricing/margin proposals and assist in solutions where margin constraints exist.
Review terms of lease, supplier, customer and other contracts and support negotiations.
Participate in analysis of acquisitions, due diligence, and integration into business unit.
Contribute elements of monthly management reporting package.
What You'll Need:
Advanced degree in business, accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
10 or more years' experience in senior accounting and financial functions, with at least a portion of the years in manufacturing.
Electronic components experience highly desired.
Oracle experience a plus.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a plus.
Proven experience achieving organizational objectives through collaboration and leading teams of individuals who are not direct reports.
Ability to travel globally 20% of the time.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and other on-demand, online meeting, web conferencing, and video conferencing applications that can facilitate communication.
