Responsibilities of the Finance Grants Manager:
Creation of grant budgets aligned with the organizational budget
Execution, preparation and maintenance of grant proposal financial documents
Serve as a liaison between departments including finance, development and program partners
Monitor grant spending and progress to ensure an organized and systemic approach for grant tracking (from a financial perspective) across the organization including uniform reporting and fund tracking
Manage accounting function related to grants management, ensuring GAAP compliance for all grants
Maintaining the monthly net assets schedule, and annual review of 990 Schedule B
Experience Preferred for the Finance Grants Manager:
5+ years of Accounting experience in a non-profit setting
experience working with ERP systems (MIP is a plus)
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Strong Excel skills
