Accounts Payable Specialist
with
Bolo experience
to join their team! The Accounts Payable Specialist will work with an Accounts Payable Supervisor and report to the Senior Operations Accounting Manager. Join a great team of tenured employees and work a hybrid schedule! Accounts Payable Specialist Duties: - process a high volume of invoices (up to approximately 80/day) using Open Invoice and BOLO - review, code and route electronically submitted invoices for approval - full cycle accounts payable matching - communicate with customers - review vendor statements and complete reconciliations as needed - assist with weekly check runs Accounts Payable Specialist Skills: - 3-5 years of accounts payable experience - experience with electronic (paperless) systems - BOLO experience is required and Open Invoice is highly desired ! - oil and gas experience is a big plus! - strong attention to detail - proficient with MS Office Hours for
