Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting Manager to oversee our client's financial operations and ensure the integrity of their financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Continuously assess and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate and lead financial audits, working closely with external auditors.
Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation is a plus.
Proven experience in accounting and financial management roles.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
