Responsibilities of Tax Manager:

Lead and Develop:

Manage and mentor a team of 7 professionals.

Drive Growth:

Play a key role in the firm's expansion and success.

Review Expertise:

Oversee and review individual, corporate, non-profit, and trust tax returns.

Ensure Compliance:

Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Qualifications for the Tax Manager:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with CPA certification or eligibility.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in tax preparation, including team leadership experience.

Salary:

Compensation Range:

$120,000 to $160,000 + Bonus
