Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:
Accurately process weekly payroll for manufacturing employees.
Assist with payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Support accounts receivable (AR) and invoicing functions to maintain accurate and timely billing processes.
Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Specialist:
2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Union and/or multistate payroll experience is a plus.
