Assistant Controller Role Overview

Oversee and analyze financial statements and reporting, focusing on P&L management and financial health.

Lead project financial forecasting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

The Assistant Controller will be responsible for budgeting, planning, and cost control, with ongoing performance analysis.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Partner with project managers and stakeholders to drive financial goals and outcomes.

The Assistant Controller will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Prepare financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.

Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications for Assistant Controller role

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in roles such as Financial Analyst, Senior Accountant, or Assistant Controller, ideally within manufacturing or construction.

Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and project financials.
